Sun-Beaters coating has Ultra-Violet Light resistance built into the coating itself which, by resisting fading, extends the attractive life of your plates...

      Sublimation printing today is an industry plagued by many who make "nebulous" claims about thier products... Such claims about the UV resistiveness of products abound because there currently is no clearly understandable rating standard by which products can be evaluated... We are not going to assume a position of being qualified to develop standards, but we'll tell you how good Sun-Beaters are in a clearly understandable way...

      Imprinted Sun-Beater plates have been tested by exposing them to light equal to sunlight in Phoenix, Arizona at an angle of 45 degrees for a period of ONE YEAR! Plates compared with original control samples showed no evidence of fading across the color spectrum! Plates used in these tests were printed with quality brand name inks... We have also had good results when imprinting Sun-Beaters with several other sublimation ink brands...

      At first glance, you notice there's something different about Sun-Beaters... They appear to have a satin surface finish, which comes up hi-gloss after heat-pressing to apply your image... We have had good results when pressing for 30 seconds at 400 degrees, but some guys swear thier colors are better when pressing for 45 seconds at 380 degrees.
