No matter where you live, you can enjoy and display our plates... Even though we make our plates in the standard US size of 6" x 12" (15.25cm x 30.5cm), and our mini-plates 3" x 5-7/8" (7.5cm x 15cm), there are easy methods of display which you can use to display our plates in side and rear vehicle windows and many other places... Additionally, the sizes we make are best suited for display of our more than 7,500 designs or your custom-made personal or advertizing design... Having searched the world (on the internet) for novelty license plates, I am convinced that no other store exists that offers you the variety you will find at NeatPlates.Com.... As you browse our design categories, I am sure you will have many smiles and that you will come to the same belief... And if we do not have it, we will make it for you... While most of our business is done through email, our telephone hours are from 4 am to 4 pm GMT if you have a custom design important enough to justify the expense of the telephone call... Telephone calls must be in English... We use a computer program to translate your email... Requesting Custom Designs... If you do not speak English... To help you to communicate your ideas to us, make a drawing or sketch of your design and scan it at low resolution (72 dots)... Save it in a standard file format (.bmp .gif. .jpg .tif) and email it to me... Marceen@NeatPlates.Com If you have artwork you want us to use in your design, the art must be digitized at high resolution... Digitize art 5 centimeters (2 inches) in height at 600 dots... Digitize art 13 centimeters (5 inches) in height at 300 dots... Full plate designs (15.25 x 30.5 centimeters) (6 inches x 12 inches) should be digitized at 300 dots or higher... We accept vector graphic files in standard file formats (.wmf .eps .ai .cdr). Files must be saved as curves... (Corel X3, Illustrator 10). WARNING! We cannot use graphics taken from the internet... Graphics of low resolution make bad looking plates. Ordering Custom Designs... When you order a custom design, we create the art and place the design on our custom design previews page for your approval... Even if you entered payment information on our order page, we do not charge your card or make the plate... We send you an email inviting you to see your design... After you email us, and you say you like the design, we make your plate... Not before... If you do not like the design, there is no charge. This site has an American flavor. This will last only until you start making suggestions for new designs and mottos... Some things that are funny to Americans may not seem funny to you and vice-versa... Your suggestions are not only welcome, but we consider them very important to this site. Our post office tells us that you can expect delivery in 4 to 7 days :)... We make approved designs and ship them within 2 days of your approval... We accept credit card payments that are part of the VISA or MasterCard systems... Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars at the current rate of exchange... Those not wishing to use credit cards can send us an International Money Order... Our postal address is displayed on our main page... In North America we also accept payments through the Pay-Pal system... We have looked at some of the world-wide payment systems, but they are so costly that we would have to charge four times as much for our license plates... While these values are only valid at the time of this writing, for your convenience I show these approximate prices (including world-wide shipping) in EUR and USD ($US) Stock Designs - 11.9 EUR / $16US Personalized Designs - 15.6 EUR / $21US Custom Designs as quoted.
